The agency gave me personalized attention and helped me organize my time. I did two tours with them: the Mount Kenya trek and the Amboseli Safari. The organization of the trek was spectacular, with a whole support team, and although there were setbacks on the way back, due to protests in several cities, they handled it very well and always prioritized safety.
